Shelly
Hello there!

I'm Shelly

I'm a writer, educator, and encourager who deeply values mindset work, faith, and living with intention.

Reset and Rise was born out of my own shift — a desire to live more intentionally, release old habits that weren't serving me, and trust God with the next chapter. I haven't figured everything out (who has?), but I'm passionate about sharing what's helped me take aligned, meaningful steps forward.

This space isn't about being perfect. It's about being present — and choosing to rise, one reset at a time.

What This Space Is All About

If you've ever found yourself running on autopilot, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling like you've lost touch with your own purpose... you're in the right place.

Reset and Rise is a space for women who want more peace, more clarity, and a fresh perspective — not through pressure or perfection, but through small, meaningful shifts that bring them closer to who God created them to be.

I believe that real change doesn't happen all at once — it starts with a pause. A deep breath. A mindset reset.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, letting go of burnout, or simply looking to reconnect with your faith and focus, I offer simple, actionable tools to help you:

  • Reflect on what matters
  • Release what's holding you back
  • Rebuild with purpose

You don't need a full-life overhaul. Just a new way of moving forward — one faithful step at a time.

What I Believe

Small Changes, Big Impact

Transformation doesn't always require massive overhauls. Sometimes the smallest shifts in our daily routines can create the biggest changes in our lives.

Faith as Foundation

Our relationship with God provides the stable foundation we need to navigate life's challenges with grace and purpose.

It's Never Too Late

Your age is not a limitation. Some of our most meaningful chapters begin in our 40s, 50s, and beyond. You're exactly where you need to be.

Community Matters

We weren't meant to journey alone. Connection with like-minded women provides the support, accountability, and encouragement we all need.
