What do I need to do most today?

Not what needs to get done.
Not what everyone else needs.
Just… me.

Sometimes the answer was “stillness.”
Sometimes it was “water and sunshine.”
Sometimes it was “permission to do less.”

That one tiny question started a domino effect.
